Firing..... I has problems firing

yes you did read that correctly....

I seem to be having a very disconcerting issue on some maps.... it's worse than firing blanks, as I can't fire at all.

if I change between prone and standing my primary fires a single shot during the change but that is the limit of the change

Has anyone else had this issue

Running latest drivers on everything (except GFX as the latest Nvidia driver caused a GFX glitch in game (problem existing on that driver as well)

any help would be appreciated as I really don't enjoy literally being cannon fodder

Reset your keybinds to deafult and try again?

Side Topic - Joystick

I flight controls for JET, I have pur the "HAT" switch to veiw in 4 directions but it will not work.

Any Ideas people??

If they dont show up as joystick buttons you may need seperate software like setpoint (eg. for a logitech mouse) to bind them.

I will start setting up all my bindings soon. It seemed my G500 mouse worked for 2 out of 3 thumb buttons without setpoint. I wish they could just be default mouse buttons as standard.
I tried setpoint game detection for the BF3 beta but could not find the loaction of the BF3 exe to get it to work.

Will try and get my joystick set up as jet flying on the mouse is epic fail suicide. Probably try and stay with mouse on Heli but will see.
Do you still need to be in game MP to set controls, or just do it in SP and they transfer over?

I have used "setpoint" for my G500.

Can you add a Logitech Joystick to setpoint??

Should come with its own software HB... I use the playstaion controller style and that has the Logitech software that seems universal across the lot.
