We have many unhappy and negative threads about BF3 so let’s have a positive one.

What is the first thing you will do once BF3 is loaded and ready to play?

I think I will check out how high I can run the settings, maybe look at the customizations first. Also add all my friends to the friends list so we can all join games asap.

I’m looking forward to the fluid movement, weapon customization possibilities, 64player maps and generally raping people in my path XD

I'll take the day off work for sure, Probably fire up single player to get a feel for it then jump into the MP and explore all the new features. that evening hit up some drinks kick back and get a .1 KDR from being drunk and test to see if VOIP is working.

Try vehicles, do some choice jumps *or find some* :P test out weapons, see how many people I can fit in to/on to a jeep and do a flying jump then C4 it >;D

afaik (and my memory might be failing me), it was scripts rather than hacks, so it seems that once you get caught your crimes will be exaggerated until you decide it's enough.

In all honesty, I had talked to a good mate from home who has maybe 5000 hours on bf2 (still playing).
We plan to buy rigs, build, and play for a couple of weeks straight. Best thing is he owns a flat on the Australian NBN (100mb/s) so we'll be lost in that shit.

Probs take a day or two offf work and rage Bf3 should be good. Will have a look @ the weapon loadouts see what options i like. and jump in a chopper or jet and try and master them.

only had the gunship in 2142 so jets will be a nice change

Download patch, spend 10+ mins creating a soldier due to overloaded servers and #$%#%$@ taking my name. Attempt to play MP, game is unplayable due to w/e (overload probz) proceed to SP. Select above average difficulty and play the first few missions slowly getting more and more angrier as the bots 'hack' me and eventually RQ within an hour.
