What do ppl think im loving it, same good old action as CoD and UO with a bit of BiA thrown in. All in all i am loving it just like the first and UO. Any other ppl playing it and what do ya think?


Online its great but im having to change my play a bit from CoD1 as it seems to be more built up areas and not so much the wide open spaces of UO. I belive this will take over my online play from BF2.

You must be a fair way through im only at the railyard but then again ive only had about 40 odd mins of time to play it can't wait to keep going. Oh and don't spoil it please hehe.


Oh and my gfx card is Nvidia A6600Gt Dont know much but its whats on the box. :)

The whole damn thing is great but the Arty mish was bloody good fun but some of the later mishes just rule, im just angry that i've finnished it i wish it would keep going, lol oh well MP time :)


How far have ya got Ele?

Oh are the ICONZ servers showing for anyone i can't find em in ASE and in game browser?

After finnishing the game yesterday and thinking how damn i wish it would just keep going. Oh and Ele the arty mish was good but some of the later mishes and just amazing.



MP is great ive just been playing it most of the day and have had great fun.
Its much like the origonal and UO and still has that intense feel, the maps are great fun with a good balance.
I must say i perfer CTF over all the other game modes although in saying that SD is good when ya can't be bothered trying to hard.
The wepons are nice but i am dissapointed in some of the iron sights like the K98 i loved the origonal one and the G43's sight is a bit small compared to the others. But im sure ill get over it.

I must say i'm enjoying this more than BF2 and i enjoyed that alot. I can't wait for the ICONZ servers to be up and running.

Any other opinons on SP or MP?

If you liked the first and UO then you should love this mind you im a CoD nut and im all ready wanting another, bring on CoD3.

I just grabbed me a copy this morning:) had a quick jam on it b4, its fucken cool, what FPS do you guys get? Mines not that high....im hoping there is a FPS limiter like quake 4....if not tweak time! haha all good im probley just a greedy bastard and need 2 turn the settings or reso down:(

Im digging the weapons nice solid feel to them, although Ive only played the first few russian missions its not as pretty as I though it would be, BF2 or FEAR still hold that crown, just my 2c worth

Hey your right on the looks it could always be better but who needs that with solid game play i mean look at WW2OL. Some of the later mishes are just gorgious.

Finished this last week and now hammering the MP online. It's been a long time since a game held my interest long enough for me to finish it. I didn't even finish COD and CODUO. What liked the most about SP was the AI. The AI was awesome, not the usual dumbarse "shoot and stay in the open" tatics.

Anyway, lots of MP server and a few clan servers already. Sadly there are also a number of exploits being hammered and actual aimbots already, lol!!! Lots of interest but this is usual day 1 until ppl decide whether to stick with it or not. Quite a few NZ COD and CODUO clans have formed or reformed for COD2.

Get a clan together and enter the upcoming MGL / WCG online leagues/ladders, should be fun.. :)

Hell yes hill 400 was bloody great i wish there was more to the SP. And yeah the tank battle was rather odd as i never got fired at and could go anywhere and not feel at 'risk' like in the inf battles oh well good fun non the least.
