"login failed" when i try to enter a crysis server

i'm logged in with gamespy and everything ...but then when i try to connect to a server i get an error message saying "login failed" ...so i enter my details ...and that fails ...and then i get my username and password emailed to me ...but these are the same as i have entered , anyone make sense of this >?

the login is case sensitive so make sure you have capitals where there are meant to be and ditto for lowercase

then i click on a server and i get the "login failed " error message ...how can gamespy recognise me and not crynet? the login details are correct . could it have someothing to do with game settings?

I think i had the same problem, You've probably made a game spy account before and it's registered to that email address so get them to send your details to you and log in with those.

so i get email from them showing my old and new names ...i can use either ...i have tried both , neither work

Disable any firewalls you may have running for one...

Create a new login for two...

Failing that, reinstall :p
