SMGs and shotguns are pretty damn dominant up close. BF2 fucked the realism tbh but got the kit balance right tbh...well, before unlocks -_-

i find the ak works better at range without the red dot that said thou sometimes u can shoot a full clip putting out single or 3 shot bursts at range and not hit a thing.

shotguns are pretty good but can be combated by awareness usually if you sprint (keyword sprint) into a dude wit a shotti its pretty much deado.

smgs are dominant up close but i always have to carry extra ammo. that said mp5 is so dominant it cleans up with headshots and you can drop 3 dudes in a blink of the eye


i was using the g36c last night aye it has got crap hip accuracy, like real crap but scoped its pretty good,
