Help --> Unable to get onto any servers - keycode in use

hey Guys..

I was just playing away on one of the servers for about 5 mins..

Then i started getting connection problems and got the boot :(

Now when i try and log back into another server or the same one it just pops up and says "CD KEY IN USE" and something about try again later.

have i somehow had my CD key ripped ALREADY! or is their a known problem with the master server or some shit like that..

Any useful comments would be helpful (*;) but im sure u know that)

No, don't panic. If you look through the other threads, other people have said the same thing. Disconnect your router and then you'll be fine.

Just do that, Its just when you lagg out, your still connected to the server and takes like...5 mins to actually disconnect. So nothing to panic about

yea my game keeps freezing and then i have to restart. i join again and get that message....i have kinda gone of cod4 now cos its guaranteed to freeze when i am playing.

Just reboot your modem wait for the server you were on to change map and you are sweet happens to me all the time because of crap internet connection.:rnr:

But as this problem is solved sweet

No need to restart your router, server drops you automatically after 15mins and you can join again. Has happened to me a couple of times when my games crashed.

The server still sees you as being logged on, and its a 15min inactivity period before you get dropped.
