i have never seen an iconz server - what wrong with me?????????????

I hardly ever do. Poor filters in the game i reckon.

yesterday the mp server took about 5 minutes to search the full list of over 6500 servers.

you have to wait till its seached the full list.

even saving servers to the favorites is a bit poked. i think the patch might have done something.

Hey guys, I fall in to the same boat - takes about 2-3 minutes for the full 6-7,000 servers to populate my console! But I've conquered this!

If you download Xfire, it has a server search tab which you can filter by country (and other options). This very quickly populates all the ICONZ, Gamers.net.nz, and other servers. You can then make your life easier by saving them to a favourites list, and voila, you have an instant search tool. The beauty of xfire is it will even allow you to "join this server" from the xfire console, and it auto fires up CoD, and logs you in to the game!

Just a suggestion anyway, else you could refresh your server list one time, and then when you have a full server list, never refresh it again. Then you just need to search via xfire, and, when you see a server you like the look of, jump in to the game, and just click on Join server rather than refershing the whole list.

The xfire server browser is so much better than the ingame one. You can filter from country, continent (oceania i suppose, gets all the aussie and kiwi servers anyway). Saving favourites is easy. I love it:bigglasse

I gotya agree with u there man. Its soo much better than COD4 sever hunting Using Xfire is easy.

and the reason for there being 5-6000 servers at night is the number of client servers running. during the day - it drops back to about 2k with the dedicated only boxes

OK guys to solve this problem just visit this link and add all the servers to your favorites list.

Now if you find when u refresh the servers list that you have lost servers just simply and one of the IP's that are already in your favorites and the lost servers will re-appear.

Yeah, or you can just let all the servers load once and add them all to your favourites and you sweet

how u add a server that dont show up 2 ur fav's?

I had to type in the IP address and port number In this format "210.48.63.137:28960" for each server.

If the server doesnt show up in the browser window in the first place you can add fav's by adding the IP.
