Anyone else's favorites constantly disappearing?

Anyone else's favorites constantly disappearing? if so why/whats the fix.

cuz the server browser is shit tbh. my favorites were jam packed full of the good servers. they disappear and come back when ever they feel like. no amount of refreshes or game restarts affect the fact they they are there or not.

Yup. I downloaded Xfire today to have a look at it after someone posted a link, seems pretty good. Like a souped up All Seeing Eye. Seems like the sort of thing that would be a bit bloatwarey (gamespy anyone?) but quite a few people have recommended it.

Mine don't disappear, but I had a problem where if I tried to add any servers to my favourites it said they were already there, when they weren't. I deleted ALL of them, and then added and it works now :S

If anyone knows where the favourites are stored then maybe you could manually add all the ones you want and make it a read only. I can't find where they're saved though.

if they disappear click add new favourite dont add any ip thou then click ok again and they should show back up. works me me anyhow

Havn't had that prob for ages.
I just click to refresh(but not spaming it)and it works. Sometimes adds a random server now and then.

anyone else find that it takes almost 10mins (8.36 last time for me) to find all listed servers?
Only reason i ask, is that iconz n gamers seem too be some of the last to appear, if they appear at all..

Nope, takes about 5 mins with my connection.

Yup, takes about 5 minutes for me, but the NZ servers are always last. I recommend leaving your refresh when you get a good one, and using xfire to server browse. That way you can see who is on, what the map and game is, and then jump back to the game to just click on the server and join. Saves farting around for 5 minutes to try and find a good game.

Xfire is the stuff in respect to searching for servers. Takes up about 30MB in RAM from memory, so isn't too invasive for your resources, and a good tool for keeping tabs on what your buddies are playing (and which server!).

Click the refresh button and then let it load for 5-10 mins and they should come up. Then just add like every server under 100 ping to your favourites
