Anyone using a AMD Chip when play Crysis, I found out the whole laggy thing was with teh single core AMD Cpu's

my server has a single core AMD SK939 64 4000+ @ 2.8 and a Radeon 2600XT and she ran crysis all settings on meduim at 1024x786 res smooth as...

Theres something wrong with my CPU and crysis was reading something about BSOD and single core cpus?
