Yes and no I find at times you still catch people out going prone i dont use it much but if you prone at the right time they to have re aim.

The best one is the bunny hoppers love shooting poeple trying to bunny hop out the way they seem to forget the game has hit reg lol.

I sort of disagree, If you go prone right when you see someone, then up to crouch then back down or up to standing while shooting the whole time it tends the screw up the other guys aim.

duck and cover works well - but be careful what you duck behind... some of those guns will shot through the engine block of a car...

Proning works just as well as it did in BF2 for cod4 once your skilled at it, just slightly not as retarded as BF2.

Its awesome on the mouse. Makes life so much better. As for the prone thing, not one single person has managed to run at me, prone and kill me. I always shot them in the face before they can manage it. I have been killed by guys in prone, but they are normally snipers in the long grass.

QFT!... coming from a few months of unlearning BF2 to the spam heavy/ fast moving ETQW this is a massive learning curve. I still jump around a lot like ETQW which isnt great. But after a couple of sessions I'm understanding it a but better. weapons are still giving me trouble. AK :( not my favourite weapon at all.

the nades are outta control on some maps. That boat map had nades raining down from all angles. That was rough times, not a good map. looks good but doesn't play out well. (they should have a level under the deck to spread out the action)

As for CoD4. Well i guess im not bad, with a large portion of my screens placing me top of the table, being level 45 in 24 hours with expert marksman on all the assault rifles is not bad. I mean, considering the game just came out and i have to get used to it from BF2, right?

The nades are normally over and done with in the first 20seconds though cause you only get 1 and no re-supply. And you were doing pretty well last night - typical bruce style, hard to kill and normally alive till the end.
