I have the same problem. Am on telstra cable, and get 20-25 no worries BF2, dont know what the story is with COD 4

Netcode, scoreboard ping reads high. ben a problem with previous cods too.

That's because anti-lag is on. You wait, it'll be turned off soon (it was in CoD2) and then you'll start complaining.

Even I get about 90-150 ping. And I'm Aussie.

This is the only one I have got will get some better ones for you.


The screen shot really does not do the grahics justice I am running everything maxed 1440x900 and am getting average of about 80-85 get some drops but never really goes bellow 60 even in the big fire fights and the graphics look really good. lots of nice lighting and eye candy.

Why do you use the silencer? lol

I find it pointless unless your going for your stealth challenge. I know you don't show up on the mini map but there is not many places to hide and make a decent amount of kills or anything anyway. The red dot attachment is fucken awesome. Best attachment imo.

The silencer is hot personal prefernce I take alot of people out with flanking with silencer I find using the iron sights fine for aiming.

I have 3 M4 set ups one with the silencer one with the red dot and one with the nade launcher all set up for differant maps.

Silencers are awesome, i tend to sneak around behind the opposite team so its perfect. And for some maps it means you can take people out in the same room without them noticing until they're dead, it works well with stun nades too because without it iv had a few people shoot me from the sound my gun makes.

silencer reduces recoil for me - makes shooting from the hip and long range auto fire really accurate...

plus you dont turn up on the UAV when shooting with a silencer
