The other day i was slightly drunk and i typed in crysis.co.nz. At that point i was wtf no one owns this domain, so to cut a long story short i ended up buying it and now have no idea wtf im going to do with it.

Any ideas, i feel it should be put to use ?

not a bad domain - you should put something up there - you are going to get a lot of random traffic.

put up an intro about crysis then go on to say that ninjas killed your family and you need money for revenge and put your paypal account on there.

I started building a bit of a fansite, but like most of my projects i started to doubt if anyone would be even interested.
Plus it took me about 4 hrs of remember photoshop just to make 1 banner.

Im not sure, but EA and and Crytek may get annoyed with you if you started using teh Crysis logo and game content on a website without first asking their permission.

You may laugh now and say "Oh, but it's only promoting their game, they should be happy".

It pays to do your research and ask anyway otherwise your website could be shut down.

Right here is my first attempt at making a Joomla theme from Kill3r's design.
The top menu still needs a bit more work and so does the footer. I still need to work out how to remove a few bits from the CMS.
Im so fuckn tired and ive got exchange 2007 training in the morning (all week) so im going to crash. Enjoy.

Seeing as you are not going to start off with much content, i would suggest you use a side-bar navigation to fatten out the page instead of having a top-bar navigation menu.

Check out some of the more popular gaming websites. They usually have grey/black backgrounds. White makes it look to empty and static.

Unfortunately due to work things have been put on hold for abit, which really sucks because if i had it all up and running earlier i might have been able to snag a few beta keys through incrysis.
