lol on [FiB] crew getting done for stat padding. And not their fault *cousins, brothers etc*.
Does anyone know what most of the exploits are or can provide links to these.
Why? You might be doing it when you don't even know it. Like when playing some map last night against Artanis *i think it was you* and smileysniper from ISF they said our squad was exploiting when all we were doing was killing the guys in the building then trying to kill inf on ground before we jumped off onto ground. *doesn't matter i got your dog tags, good knife match sniper*
I was assuming he thought we were 'statpadding', capping guys on ground without the intension on jumping onto ground to cap flag.
I just though it would be good to clear the ground first before you jumped down onto it?makes sense.
Anyway *just talking shit*, I we knew what exploits there are then we can make sure that it doesn't happen. I know about the ammo on titan thing and between containers but that's pretty much it. Im guessing they are things that you do that help you get points faster besides killing people and pwn in vehicles etc, working as a team.
Stat padding defending their titan from themselves? *im sure its this one*
and killing people when they spawn instead of capping or trying to cap the flag instead.

Exploits are a "weakness" in a map. An area that easy and high amounts of points are obtainable.
I know of none in bf2142, but take "The Rock" in BF2(Jalalabad)its an exploit as you gain easier points(do ya??)
"Stat padding defending their titan from themselves"??
Spawn raping in just camping a flag with no intention of taking it.
Also, no-one here will tell you of the current exploits.
You may use them etc.

lizalias. I'm not 100% sure, but were you "in" a building or "on" a building? Being on a building is not an exploit. You can still be killed. Being in a building (that you can't normally get inside) is an exploit.

i didn't see you exploiting but a certainly saw someone exploiting on the belgrade map. they were at the top of a VERY tall building with no beacon to get there.

Sonic's Dictionary States That:
Exploit (ek-sploit)
N.
An exploit is an advantage gained by making use of a vulnerability that was not intended by the game developers. For example: If you find yourself inside a building that has no open door, then the fact that you got inside without the use of traditional means shows that is a vulnerability, and using this action to your advantage is considered an exploit.
Stat-padding (stat-pad-ing)
N.
Stat (abbreviation of Statistic) padding is the term used to describe immoral behaviour on gaming servers that results in the players score (and therefore, statistics) being artificially boosted in some way. For example: Repairing equipment to gain repair points on equipment that is being intentionally damaged by yourself or another player on the same team.
Specific details on Exploits and Stat-padding are normally made unavailable to members in the ICONZ community in the hope that such things will not become widely known. The intention is that if a player is not made aware of the exact details then they can only be accused of indulging in such behaviour as a result of bad behaviour.

I just suggest you PM one of the Admins directly then you will get a more to the point answer.
But here is an example of an Exploit, in between containers on titian.

that's not exploiting, that's camping. Not technically against the rules i don't think, depends on the server but is considered a 'lame' tactic..

Stat Padding is the statistical ratio of usage of pads compared to tampons.

OMG I post one comment then the whole world answers before I write my second post in lol.
Oh okay. You guys must have been talking to another squad an not ours. Never mind. Nah I don't bother snipering from impossible places to get to. What a waste of time trying to get there let alone boring.
I can see exploiting and stat padding are for total noobs who just get lots of points and no experience as how to do the job properly. Voss pwn woot *hell that sounded gay, especially the woot part*
anywho thanks for the replys, watch your back I'm coming for your dogtags =ISF= *no offense, but I'm collecting with screenies of your whole squad cause you guys are O for owesome lmao*

I found something kind of stupid which allows entrance into your own Reactor Core before the enemy has even destroyed the consoles. I got into it as a mistake, I wont point it out however. All I can say is that it was really boring and I felt like an Animal inside of a zoo... I even got so bored I tried to blow up our own reactor with 5 RDX's .... that didint even damage it lol... but made everyone laugh cause they though I would lose massive points haha.

yea that happen to me too. I put the beacon inside the corror doors or something like *might be in 1/2 reactor corror doors**can't spell** that then just spawned inside it. So when placing beacons inside titan make sure you spawn in the right place if not obviously move it.
