You would still need to buy the game either from the Downloader or in a shop.
Then once you have already paid $80-$100 for it, he wants you to pay an extra $50+ for his login details to get some unlocks

He is selling a copy of the game. He says that you will have to download a copy from the downloader, "but this will be possible with my account details." Which indicates that it includes the game. I'd still prefer it off tardme though. Fucking nubs.
