Thread here (http://www.totalbf2142.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6526) but the files are not currently available it seems. Will hopefully be back up soon.

It just makes it easier to read all the things that pop up.
The BF2 one made the important text orange and easy to read and had a +1 or +2 to tell you how many points it was worth.
It also has extended gun names and instead of it just saying [someone] Teamkilled [someone] it tells you the gun name after the Teamkilled so you know what it was and if it was accidental or not (or atleast helps you decide).

All you gotta do is go into C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142\mods\bf2142\Localization and replace the ones you have with the ones you download.
Remember to back up the other files if you don't want to have to reinstal if you screw up :)

I am using this downloaded local file and some titan messages are abit stuffed so i have be working on removing the errors and have added my own little messagers. hehe
