Yes, it is. Kill3r and Simon, don't be asswedges. It takes about 5 seconds to resize a pic down to 800x600 so we can all view it without breaking our monitors.

I was standing directly behind someone yesterday, wanted to make sure I'd get him cause I've been having some trouble landing hits. Now if I was any closer I would have been humping his leg, yet I still missed 3 stabs, WTF

I gotta laugh at the amount of attempted knifings going on in the pubs atm.
I have been saved from death and in return awarded a nice easy kill many many times because people are continually trying to knive everyone.
It seems everytime I get on an AT gun someone trys to have a go and is soon gunned down.

I have the same issue all the time.
So now i stand a good foot and a half away and it works.
Its the same if you jump on top of someone laying down. You just cant kill them.

I got one good knife last night, our flag had changed and I didn't even know it just me and a few squad members there killing and living wondering how all these enemy kept showing up, anyway found one guy behind me trying to knife me, and I turned and switched to knife, me and him going at it his team mates came along and watched some trying to shoot me others letting it go on, I managed to kill him then they killed me but it was fair they let me live long enough for the knife fight.

Its definately cool when ppl respect the knife fight...in pubs that is, when it comes to scrim time no way...It was definately nice of them to wait for you to finish before slaughtering you

Don't be a cocky retard. Knifing works in bf2, and it works in 2142, but in 2142 it just doesn't feel quite as good. It's fucking annoying, hard to hit people and when you do hit it often seems very random.

Nope. Just get fifty knife kills overall. You might have to get 8 or 10 in a round or something, but I'm not sure.
