Ithink that is upto the clans themselves...i don't feel they need to announce the move to a new game prior to its release, it may end up sucking and we all come back to bf2. When the clans decide to move I am sure we will work it out

but you hve to accept the same thing.... there are people like me at battlefield who say stuff and they really mean it cos its based on a fuck load of experiance. Even though in every instance its a matter of opinion, its a well educated opinion.

also to bring this back to the clan im creating it is by no means elitist. Teacup has made things more difficult but this is a clan for anyone with some good skill and a bit of experiance.

I started looking for the top players for it because if the newer players are going to learn anything then they need a group of skilled and highly experianced players to learn from.

I also understand that clanning isnt just about being number 1. There are alot of really impressive clans out there because of the way they have fun and socialise with the community.

However and i think this point applies alot to KK so listen up, there are also players out there that do want to be more competitive. My clan is aimed towards those players just as some clans are aimed towards social players. This doesnt make the team elitist, it just means its catering towards a different set of players.

Whether your a competitive player or a social player you have the right to be in a clan that fits your desires. I dont like seeing competitive players miss out on opportunities they are entitled to.

This clan was in design well before the prizes were annoucned, we were goign to compete at 2142 no matter what, there could have been nothing on offer in teacup and i would have competed for the sake of the competition

now lets examine some other teams like... oh i dont know..sila and oga who werent even going to play 2142....and now they have 2 teams each i hear

but thats harsh of me, i dont hold it against any team or player for wanting to play now with a prize that good....nor do i think they shouldnt have entered.....it makes a lot of sense and i understand completely, i would have done the same thing if i hadnt already been creating a clan for 2142

just give this clan the benefit of the doubt that come post teacup you will see us still playing 2142

Personaly I don't see anything wrong with "one off svo", The fact that SVO can come from playing wow and being inactive to wiping the floor with all the other teams in the BF2 teacup shows merit, and greatly impresses me.

I hope to follow in thier footsteps.

We knew about the teacup awhileago, way before the announcement, and yep tbh I was not convinced about forming a team until I heard the prizepool.

GOing from BF42, which was looked after very well by EA and Dice, free patches and maps, to BF2 where I think alot of the community felt like they got a kick in the guts with the "Support" from EA.

But looking at this logicly, this is the WGC of BF2, the closest your going to come, It's a one in a lifetime oppertunity, which if you win opens up hunderds of doors to sponsership and such - We would be silly not to enter a team.

Im stoked with what EA and EANZ and whoever else has done with the tournament.

In saying this though, and in regards to KK's last comment, Sila will be working close with the P.E crew so we can both learn from eachother, if he so wishes.
