Fuck me those things are huge!
Has a bit of a post apocalyptic feel to it. Good to see a few nice trees in there too.

That would make the game too long and boring, just imagine if all the flags were capped and the losing team had one solider left, and that solider was hiding the 63rd floor of a 112 story building, it would take forever for the other team to find him.
I think it's fair that they leave the buildings unable to be entered.

Well SM - in POE this has made the game more interesting as long as it is carefully balanced ...
There are more buildings to enter and it makes the game more of a challenge..and more fun...
In 2142 enemies seen by your team apparently auto show up on the map ...also with the advanced UAVs locating the nme could be a breeze?

You forget that if you are capped out, the bleed will be on, so no matter where you hide, you team shall die and then will curse you on Vent for no taking back a flag.

In POE2 it only has small 2 level buildings, 2142 has highrise skyscrapers, it will take forever to search them for enemies, even if they show up on UAV.

Depends on how entry to buildings is designed or could be..
e.g. TV station on Sharqui...7-8 floors..something like that and only one or 2 real floors to go to...?
I guess they could make certain levels accessible which would make for some good firefights..
Lets hope they dont design maps that allow people to attck in hoverchoppers like TV station...it would be hell cool to be able to knock a few windows out to allow snipering?
By all accounts they have not allowed access..can any Beta players share?

The BF series has never really been about indoor combat.
There are always some buildings with limited indoor access, but not entire buildings.
I think this will stay the same throughout the BF series.
While you do often look at buildings and think it would be cool to be able to have complete access to them, Spacemonkey brings up a good point, it could make the game a lot more boring when you have people hidding out in buildings.
I think in BF2 the level is about right, some buildings with limited internal access which forces the majority of play in the open only using buildings for temporary cover.
